Use an Order Form

Print out an order form (PDF or Excel), fill it in and:

If you elect to pay with your credit card, we will send you an electronic invoice which you can pay online when we receive your order form.

After Payment

• After we receive your payment, we will send the USB key to you. The program and manual (PDF) are on the key. No installation is required.

• If you need to use the program immediately and cannot wait for shipping, you can pay Express Shipping and send us an e-mail specifying that you need a limited-use version after your order is placed. We will email you a link to a limited-use version as soon as we have received your order. The limited-use version has full functionality, but it can only be started 20 times. When the program is opened, you can generate results as many times as you want during that day. Note: You have to pay Express or International Shipping to get the limited-use version.
